Do you offer free shipping and returns?

We offer free shipping and returns in Denmark on all orders.

How quickly do you ship?

Place your order before 12.00 and we'll deliver your order on the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information

Can I return or exchange my order?

We only offer refunds. If you're interested in an exchange, simply return for a refund and place a new order, which we'll ship right away. Please always remember to fill out and include the return slip that came with your order.

Can I make changes to my order?

When do I receive my refund?

We process refunds as soon as we receive the returned item. Please allow for a few business days for the refund to be transferred. Refunds can only be made to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. You’ll be notified by email, when we have processed your refund request.

I have received an incorrect size or item with my order.

If this happens, we’re very sorry. Please contact us via support@saysky.dk and make sure to state your order number and the item(s) that was missing or incorrect. If you need to return an incorrect item, we’ll provide you with a return label. We do not refund return receipts.

There are items missing from my order.

I have a product complaint or reclamation.
